Acceptance and Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Xhjili Website and Services. By registering for an account or using the Services, you consent to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Amendments to the Terms
Xhjili may update these Terms from time to time. The Company will provide advance notice of significant changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account in accordance with the termination provisions below.
Jurisdiction and Compliance
Your use of the Services is subject to applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before accessing the Services. Xhjili reserves the right to restrict access or registrations from jurisdictions where governing law or licensing restrictions prohibit operation.
Eligibility and Age
Only adults may register and play. The minimum age is 18 years or the legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The Company may request proof of age and may suspend or terminate accounts failing to meet age requirements.
Account Registration and One Account Policy
Registration must be completed by the individual user. A single personal account is allowed per natural person. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this restriction or that share access with others. You must provide accurate information and keep your details up to date. Access to the account may be restricted or suspended pending verification.
KYC and Identity Verification
The Company may require verification documents to confirm identity and address. Verification will be conducted for deposits, withdrawals, and at or beyond thresholds where required by law. Documents may include government issued photo ID and proof of address. The Company may contact you by email or phone for verification purposes and may suspend withdrawals until verification is completed.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and any sensitive information associated with your account. You must promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use. The Company is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you failed to maintain reasonable security measures.
Dormant and Inactive Accounts
If an account remains inactive for thirty months, the Company may classify the account as dormant and deduct a periodic maintenance fee of EUR 5, subject to applicable law. Funds will be held in reserve and may be used to fund responsible gaming initiatives if the location of the holder cannot be confirmed. Users may request closure and withdrawal of remaining funds in accordance with the normal withdrawal process.
Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Fraud
The Company maintains a strict anti-fraud regime. Prohibited actions include collusion with other players, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, use of stolen payment methods, creation of multiple accounts, or any action intended to obtain an improper advantage. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts without notice and may report fraudulent activity to regulators. The Company also reserves the right to void promotions or bonuses if misuse occurs, or to reclaim winnings arising from such misuse.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
Deposits may be funded via payment methods available in the cashier. The Company may change available methods and reserves the right to accept or refuse any method. Minimum deposits are as displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals are payable only to the name used for registration and to the same payment method used for the deposit, up to the deposited amount. Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours; some methods may take longer depending on the provider. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take up to three business days; e-wallet withdrawals are typically faster. Verified customers may benefit from expedited processing. The Company reserves the right to apply fees for certain transactions and to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
Where deposits remain unplayed, a processing fee of up to 30 percent may apply on withdrawal of those funds. A maximum withdrawal limit applies: EUR 5,000 per 24-hour period and EUR 20,000 per 30-day period, or currency equivalent. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds, when permitted, are provided at the Company’s discretion and may incur administrative fees not exceeding five percent of the refunded amount. Refunds are processed in a timely manner but may take up to five days to complete.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering
Promotions are subject to separate terms and conditions specific to each offer. Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the promotion terms. The Company may invalidate bonuses and related winnings if misuse occurs, in line with the general anti-fraud provisions above.
Game Rules and Availability
Players are responsible for understanding the rules of the games offered. Availability of certain games may vary by jurisdiction and by provider. The use of technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions, including virtual private networks, is strictly prohibited and may result in the confiscation of winnings.
Intellectual Property
Xhjili owns and reserves all rights in its brand, content and software. Users gain no rights to the brand, content or services except as expressly granted by these Terms. User Generated Content submitted to the Service grants Xhjili a license to use such content in connection with the Service, and the User warrants it does not infringe third-party rights.
Use of Automated Tools
The use of bots or any automated tool to influence game outcomes or to obtain an advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and confiscation of funds.
Personal Data and Privacy
Handling of personal data is governed by Xhjili’s Privacy Policy. You have rights to access and correct your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Liability and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an a si basis. Xhjili excludes warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-interruption. The User acknowledges the possibility of loss and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Xhjili and its officers, employees, and service providers for claims arising from the use of the Services.
Termination, Suspension and Closure
Xhjili may suspend or terminate a user’s account for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that threatens the integrity of the Services. Users may request closure of their account in writing; outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with the withdrawal rules defined herein.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the licensing jurisdiction of Xhjili. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by competent courts or arbitration as permitted by law, subject to any mandatory regulatory requirements.
Miscellaneous
Entire agreement; no waiver; severability; assignment; Xhjili may assign its rights under these Terms without notice. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
