Scope, definitions and interpretation

This Bonus Rules document forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of Xhjili. It governs all bonus offers, bonus balances and related promotional activity administered by Xhjili and applies to all players unless a specific offer states otherwise. For the purposes of this policy: - Real Balance means funds held in the player’s main account balance that are usable for wagering and withdrawals. - Bonus Balance means funds credited to the player’s account under a bonus, promotion or free-spins entitlement, subject to wagering requirements and other conditions herein.

Eligibility, display and activation of bonuses

  • Bonuses are available to eligible players who hold a registered Xhjili account in good standing and who meet any conditions stated in the individual offer.
  • Bonuses may be targeted or restricted to particular regions or account statuses. If a bonus is not intended for a player, it will not be displayed in the player’s profile.
  • A qualifying deposit is generally required to activate deposit-based offers. No-deposit bonuses or free spins are subject to separate terms and do not require a deposit unless stated otherwise.
  • Activation of a bonus occurs when the bonus balance is credited and the promotion’s wagering conditions commence. If the bonus or free spins do not appear in the player’s account, the player shall contact Customer Support before wagering begins to have the bonus credited.

Deposit-based bonuses: qualification, amount and eligibility

  • Minimum qualifying deposit: €20 or the equivalent in the player’s account currency, unless the offer specifies a different amount.
  • Total bonus amount constitutes the wagering target for the promotion. Wagering requirements apply to the combined sum of the deposit and bonus where applicable, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
  • Example: A deposit of €10 paired with a €10 bonus yields a total of €20 subject to a 30x wagering requirement (unless the offer provides a different rate).

Wagering requirements and how they are calculated

  • Wagering requirements are expressed as multiples of the total eligible amount (deposit plus bonus, or the bonus amount alone where applicable). Default wagering for deposit offers is 30x of the total eligible amount, unless the promotion states a different figure.
  • If a bonus is granted without a deposit, or when the total bonus amount exceeds the associated deposit, the wagering requirement may be 60x on the bonus amount only.
  • When wagering with a bonus, the player’s bets contribute to the wagering requirement according to three defined groups:
    1. Standard wagering: bets in all games other than Slots and Scratch do not count toward wagering; each bet does not contribute to fulfillment unless otherwise stated.
    2. Mixed wagering: 10% of bets in non-Slots and non-Scratch games count toward wagering.
    3. Special Mixed wagering: 50% of bets in non-Slots and Scratch games count toward wagering. This category is only available on designated promotions and to certain status levels.
  • Crash games contribute 20% toward the wagering requirement.
  • Bonus wagering is converted into Bonus Redeem Points in the player’s Personal Area; redemption translates into withdrawal eligibility only after all wagering obligations are met.
  • If more than one bonus is active, wagering is applied first to the bonus with the largest amount, and only after real balances are exhausted does wagering apply to other bonuses. Payouts are credited to the largest bonus used for wagering.

Betting limits during wagering

  • During wagering, the maximum bet per spin or per round is the lower of:
    1. 10% of the original/credited bonus amount (minimum 0.10 in the local currency); or
    2. 5 units of the applicable currency (e.g., €5, £5, $5, etc.).
  • Unless the applicable offer specifies otherwise, bets placed while wagering on a bonus that are not in compliance with the above limit may void the bonus and forfeit related winnings.

Non-deposit bonuses, free spins and cap on winnings

  • No-deposit bonuses and free spins do not require a deposit to participate, subject to the terms of the specific promotion.
  • Winnings from no-deposit bonuses and/or free spins are limited. The maximum cashout or withdrawal amount from such offers is either €100 or twice the bonus amount, whichever is greater. The larger amount is the applicable cap.
  • If a no-deposit bonus is combined with a deposit offer, the cap may be adjusted in accordance with the offer terms and the higher cap applies as appropriate.
  • Free spins credited under a promotion are considered part of the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements and the same withdrawal rules as the bonus funds.

Duration, expiry and redemption of bonuses

  • All active bonuses must be wagered within the timeframes specified in the offer terms. Absent a specific expiry, bonuses expire if not used or wagered within 30 days of credit and will be removed from the player’s account if the wagering requirements are not completed.
  • If a bonus is consumed or cancelled before wagering requirements are completed, any remaining bonus and winnings may be removed unless otherwise provided by the offer terms.

Cancellation, irregular play and abuse

  • Xhjili reserves the right to monitor betting activity for irregular play and to suspend, cancel or reclaim bonuses, winnings or accounts in cases of suspected abuse or fraud. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, strategies aimed at exploiting the bonus system, large bets intended to end wagering prematurely, or inconsistent wagering patterns designed to bypass wagering requirements.
  • Bonuses and winnings may be voided, and accounts may be closed if irregular play is detected or suspected, or if a payment provider disputes a transaction related to a bonus.

Multiple bonuses and balance hierarchy

  • A player may have multiple bonuses in the system, but only one bonus can be active at any time. If more than one bonus is active, wagering will be allocated to the largest bonus first, followed by the next-largest, and so on.
  • Wagering will typically consume real money balances before consuming bonus balances, unless an offer specifies a different arrangement.

Game restrictions, eligibility and regional availability

  • Some games or providers may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. The availability of bonus offers may also be restricted by country or region in accordance with applicable laws and licensing restrictions.
  • The specific terms of each offer may override general policy terms. In case of conflict, the terms of the individual promotion prevail.

Changes, suspension and termination

Xhjili reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus program or offer at any time, or withdraw any promotion prior to settlement, without prior notice. Such action shall not affect any promotion already claimed and in progress unless stated otherwise in the terms of the relevant offer.
