This Withdrawal Policy governs all withdrawals initiated from a user’s Xhjili account. It sets out eligible methods, minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds, verification requirements, processing timelines, fees, and dispute handling. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service for Xhjili and applies to all accounts in good standing.
Eligibility and Verification
Withdrawals are available to the account holder only and are subject to ongoing identity and compliance checks. Users must complete KYC procedures before withdrawals are processed. Xhjili may request supporting documents at any stage, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and, where required, documentation confirming source of funds. Withdrawals may be suspended or halted if discrepancies arise or if regulatory obligations require additional verification.
Withdrawal Methods and Limits
Available withdrawal methods are displayed in the user account and may vary by jurisdiction. For each method, the following thresholds apply unless stated otherwise: a minimum withdrawal of 40 USD or equivalent; the maximum withdrawal per transaction depends on the method and is disclosed before confirmation. Monthly withdrawal limits for standard winnings are capped at 20,000 USD, with further limits applicable per day or per week as required by the chosen method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance checks. If a deposit was made with virtual currency, fiat withdrawals are not permitted, and vice versa. When a withdrawal involves multiple currencies or payment providers, exchange rates and fees may apply.
Processing Time and Status
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by Xhjili within two (2) business days. Users may cancel a withdrawal request prior to final approval. Upon approval, funds will be released to the selected method in accordance with the provider’s processing timelines and any related verification requirements.
Turnover and Promotion Considerations
To be eligible for withdrawal, deposited funds must meet turnover requirements defined by the account. In general, wagers must be executed on real-money balance before withdrawal limitations apply. Promotional credits, bonuses, or free bets carry their own terms and wagering requirements, which may differ from standard withdrawals. If funds originate from a promotion, those terms will take precedence and will be disclosed in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
Fees, Currency Handling and Deductions
Xhjili may charge processing fees or service charges for withdrawals, assessed per method and disclosed prior to submission. Any currency conversions, exchange rate margins, or third-party processing costs will be borne by the user and reflected in the settlement amount. Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in their jurisdiction arising from winnings or withdrawals.
AML, KYC and Security
Withdrawals are subject to anti-money-laundering controls, including enhanced due diligence where indicated by risk assessments. Xhjili reserves the right to perform additional verification procedures for any withdrawal. Access to funds may be restricted if suspicious activity is detected or if regulatory requirements necessitate additional review. User data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Chargebacks, Reversals and Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or reversal initiated by any payment provider, Xhjili reserves the right to investigate and, if appropriate, reverse the withdrawal or block the account. Refunds or adjustments are handled by Xhjili in accordance with applicable law and the terms of service, and may not apply to services that have already been consumed. Any action taken will be communicated to the user in writing.
Taxes and Reporting Obligations
Users are responsible for reporting winnings to the relevant tax authorities in their jurisdiction and for paying any taxes owed. Xhjili may provide documentation for tax reporting upon request, in line with legal obligations and data privacy considerations.
