  • 1.2 Language and interpretation: These Betting Rules are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency with translations, the English version prevails.
  • 1.3 Bet acceptance and discretion: All Bets are subject to acceptance by Xhjili. The operator may accept or reject any Bet at any time and without providing a reason. If a Bet is not accepted, the stake will be refunded promptly.
  • 1.4 Record keeping and post‑acceptance changes: Bets are recorded in the End User’s betting history. The operator will not amend or alter Bets after acceptance except as permitted by these Rules or applicable law.
  • 1.5 Palpable error and protective measures: If there is a palpable error in event details, odds, timing, or any other material aspect, the operator may cancel or void affected Bets.
  • 1.6 Fraud, manipulation, and market integrity: The operator may suspend, void, or settle Bets as void if fraud, collusion, or manipulation is suspected or confirmed. The operator may notify regulators as required by law.
  • 1.7 System interruptions: In the event of a technical interruption, the End User should log back in when service is restored and verify bet status in the betting history. The operator reserves the right to accept or reject Bets based on the status at the time service resumes.
  • 1.8 Video Assistant Referee (VAR) and post‑incident decisions: If a VAR decision contradicts the on‑pitch decision affecting Bets placed within the incident window, Bets affected by the final official decision may be voided or settled according to the final outcome, provided such settlement does not conflict with odds already offered or locked in at the time of acceptance.
  • 1.9 Odds presentation and rounding: On-screen odds are displayed to two decimal places. Total odds are calculated with sixth‑decimal precision, while the total winning amount is rounded down to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is attributable to the rounding method described herein.

  • 1.11 Event end‑time rules and post‑start developments: If an event is completed at or after the official 79th minute, markets will settle on the full‑time result. If completed at or before the 78th minute, unsettled markets may be voided in accordance with these Rules. Abandoned or interrupted events will be treated in accordance with the policy in force at the time of abandonment, including voiding of unsettled markets where applicable.
  • 1.12 Supported match formats: The operator supports formats including 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. For events with total duration outside 50–90 minutes, all markets may be voided. • 1.13 Play‑or‑Pay for Outright markets: Outright (short‑term and long‑term) markets are subject to Play‑or‑Pay. Separate rules govern other markets related to participant performance.
